Amy S. Morketter joined the Law Office of Philip H. Dyson in 2000, specifically bringing to the firm her skills in civil litigation. Mrs. Morketter has been a member of the California State Bar since 1993. Before joining our firm, Mrs. Morketter litigated various business, personal injury and real estate matters in both her own practice and with Attorney Ken Sobel.
During her time with Mr. Dyson, Mrs. Morketter has litigated numerous business, personal injury, wrongful death and real estate cases as well as other complex litigation cases. Mrs. Morketter has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Mrs. Morketter represents individuals and business clients in a wide variety of professional and business litigation matters. She has served as lead counsel or co-counsel in more than three dozen trials and arbitrations. Her experience ranges from representing individuals and small family-run business to multi-million dollar corporations.
She received her law degree from California Western School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego.
Mrs. Morketter and her family were actively involved in the Charter School System. Her interests include swimming and reading.
